The Extension Status page provides real-time updates on the operational status of the Zillow Data Exporter. If you suspect the extension is not working correctly, this should be the first place you check for information about known issues, bugs, or service interruptions.
Plan Requirements
Access to the in-extension status page is available on the Basic plan and above. Please upgrade your plan on the Pricing page to access this feature.
Understanding the Status Page
The information displayed on this page will change depending on the current state of the extension.
When Everything Is Normal
During normal operation, the page will confirm that there are no known issues affecting the extension. This means all systems are running smoothly.
During an Incident or Outage
If there is a known issue—such as a recent Zillow website update that has temporarily broken the extension—this page will be updated with details about the incident, including:
- A description of the problem.
- The current status of our investigation and fix.
- An estimated time for resolution, if available.
Checking this page first can save you time and provide immediate answers if you encounter a problem.
