Toolbar
The toolbar is the main interface of the Zillow Data Exporter extension. Learn how to use it to export data from Zillow.
Overview
The toolbar is your primary control panel for triggering exports. It contains several buttons, each with a specific function, along with a usage indicator.

Showing & Hiding the Toolbar
You can toggle the toolbar's visibility in two ways:
- Using the Show/Hide toolbar sticky button at the bottom-left of the screen.
- Clicking the Hide toolbar button located on the far right of the toolbar itself.
Toolbar Controls
The toolbar includes several controls to manage your exports.
Export Page
Zillow displays search results across multiple pages, typically with about 40 listings per page. The Export page button exports all listings only on the page you are currently viewing.
Export all pages
This button automates the process of exporting listings from every page of your search results. It will navigate through each page and compile all listings into a single file.
Warning Do not navigate away from the tab or close the page while an Export all pages process is running. Doing so will stop the export, resulting in an incomplete file. Keep the tab in the foreground to avoid background throttling.
Note that Zillow limits search results to a maximum of 20 pages. This means the Export all pages function can capture a maximum of approximately 800 listings per search.
Usage Indicator
This is a non-clickable display that provides information about your plan's limits.
- Free & Basic plans: Shows your remaining monthly exports.
- Pro plan & Above: Shows your remaining cloud credits.
Hide Toolbar Button
This button, located on the far right of the toolbar, hides the toolbar from view.
Sticky buttons
