When this happens, we release a new version to adapt to the changes. We also release updates to fix bugs reported by users and to improve performance.
Automatic vs. Manual Updates
- Automatic Updates: Your Chrome browser will automatically download and install the latest version of the extension within a few days of its release. This process happens in the background.
- Manual Updates: If the extension suddenly stops working (likely due to a Zillow update), you shouldn't wait for the automatic update. A manual update will force your browser to download the latest version immediately.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open your Chrome browser and navigate to the Extensions page by typing
chrome://extensionsinto the address bar and pressing Enter. -
In the top-right corner of the page, enable Developer mode by clicking the toggle switch.

A new menu will appear at the top of the page. Click the Update button.

Your browser will now check for and install the latest versions of all your extensions. A small notification will appear at the bottom of the screen when the process is complete.

Once finished, you can disable Developer mode and restart your browser. The extension is now updated.
