General settings
Configure the Zillow Data Exporter extension's general settings. Learn how features like usage limits, export templates, and file formats vary by subscription plan.
Extension usage
This section tracks your current extension usage and shows the date your monthly limit will reset. In the example image, the usage is 3 of 300 and will reset in 6 days. An "export" is counted each time you click the Export page or Export all pages button.
Free plan
You get 50 exports per calendar month. Each time you press the Export page button, it counts as one export.
Basic plan
You get 300 exports per calendar month. Each time you press the Export page or Export all pages button, it counts as one export.
Pro plan & Above
You have unlimited exports. Note that cloud-based exports still consume your cloud credits.
Cloud credits available
This shows your remaining cloud credits, which are used for cloud-based exports. The balance is updated after each cloud run.
Free & Basic plans
These plans do not include cloud export features, so this section will not show any credits.
Pro plan & Above
Each plan comes with its own cloud credit allocation. You can purchase additional credits if you run low.
Export templates
Export templates allow you to customize which data fields are included in your export files. You can create different templates for various listing types, such as For sale, For rent, and Sold, ensuring you only export the data you need.

Pro plan & Above
You have full access to create and manage your templates in the Export templates section of the web app.
Starting point
This setting determines where the Export all pages function begins. This only applies when exporting all listings, not a single page.
How it works
Imagine you're on page 5 of the search results.
- On page 1: The export will start from the beginning (page 1) and capture all listings through the final page. The extension will automatically navigate to page 1 to begin.
- On the current page: The export will begin from your current position (page 5) and capture all listings from that page to the end.
Free plan
The Export all pages feature is not available, so this setting is locked.
Basic plan & Above
You can choose to start your export from On page 1 or On the current page.
Listing images
This setting controls how image data is exported. You can choose to export just the first image URL or all image URLs for each listing.
Image URLs vs. Images
It's important to note that the extension exports the URLs of the images, not the image files themselves. This design saves significant time and prevents the export process from slowing down. You can use the exported URLs to download the images later.
Free plan
You can only export the First image URL for each listing.
Basic plan & Above
You can choose to export either the First image URL or All image URLs.
File format
Select your preferred file format for the exported data.
Free plan
You can export data in CSV format.
Basic plan & Above
You can choose to export data in either CSV or Excel (.xlsx) format.
