Duplicate listings settings
Configure how duplicate listings are handled during exports to avoid exporting the same property multiple times.
Overview
The Duplicate Listings Filter is a powerful feature designed to clean up your data by preventing the same property listing from being exported multiple times.
When enabled, the extension keeps a temporary record of recently exported listings and automatically skips them in new exports.

Plan Requirements
This feature is available on the Basic plan or higher. Please upgrade your plan to access it.
How to Configure the Filter
Configuration is straightforward and involves enabling the filter and setting your desired timeframe.
1. Enable the Filter
To activate the feature, switch on the Avoid exporting duplicate listings toggle. The extension will now begin tracking your exported listings.
2. Set the Timeframe
Once the filter is enabled, a dropdown menu will appear. Select the lookback period for the filter. The options are:
- Last hour
- Last day
- Last week
- Last month
For example, if you select Last day, the extension will check if a property has been exported by you in the last 24 hours. If it has, it will be skipped in the new export.
Resetting the Filter
If you need to re-export properties that have been previously filtered, you can clear the extension's memory of past exports.
Click the Reset duplicate listing filter button. This will erase the history of exported listings, allowing you to export all properties again, including any that were previously skipped as duplicates.
Data backup settings
Configure data backup settings to automatically back up your exported data to cloud services like Google Sheets or save your export metadata to your account.
Cloud Importer
The Cloud Importer allows you to export data points not available in the browser extension. The export happens on our servers so you can close your browser and do other things while the export is running.
