This page answers the most common questions we receive about using Property Data Labs with an organization account. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
General
How many users can I add to my organization?
On the Enterprise plan, you can have an organization of up to 50 members (including yourself) and on the Team plan, you can have an organization of up to 10 members (including yourself).
Can I be a member of multiple organizations?
No, you can only be a member of one organization at a time. If you want to join another organization, you will need to leave your current organization first.
Roles & Permissions
What can an organization Owner do?
As the owner of the organization, you have full control to invite new users, remove users, and manage the organization subscription, delete the organization and so on. You can also promote other users to become admins.
What can an organization Admin do?
As an admin you can send invitations to new users, remove users from the organization, and update the organization name. You do not have access to the billing settings or the ability to delete the organization.
We recommend that you reach out to the organization owner if you need to make changes to the subscription or delete the organization.
What can an organization Member do?
As an organization member, you can export data using the Zillow Data Exporter extension and our Cloud tools, including the Chrome extension and other cloud products.
You can also view the organization settings and see the organization members list but you will not be able to make changes to the organization settings or to the subscription. You will not be able to delete the organization nor invite new users.
If you need to make changes to the organization settings or the subscription, you will need to ask the organization owner or an admin to make the changes.
Membership & Invitations
What happens if I leave my organization?
Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you will lose access to the premium features immediately.
If you want to regain access to the premium features, you will need to join an organization that has a paid subscription or purchase your own subscription.
What if my invitation has expired?
If your invitation has expired, you can ask the organization owner or an admin to send you a new invitation. The team owner and admins can send you a new invite from the organization settings page.
