General
What is a job?
A job is a set of instructions for the Cloud Importer. It tells the Cloud Importer what to import, where to import it from, and how often to import it.
How does a job work?
You can run it on demand or on a schedule. The Cloud Importer will fetch the listings from the URL you provide and save them to your account.
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of measurement for the Cloud Importer. You use credits to import listings.
Import Types & Credits
Are the import jobs included in the Pro plan?
Yes. You have 3000 credits per month to use for importing listings.
What is the difference between a Basic import and an Advanced import?
A Basic import will only import data that is accessible from the search results. An Advanced import will import data from the listing page.
An Advanced import uses more credits than a Basic import because we have to get the listing data from the listing page. A Basic import uses less credits because we only have to get the listing data from the search results.
How many credits does a Basic import use?
A Basic import uses 1 credit per page of listings. For example, if you import 1 page of listings from Zillow, you will use 1 credit. If you import 20 pages of listings from Zillow, you will use 20 credits.
How many credits does an Advanced import use?
An Advanced import uses 1 credit per listing. For example, if you import 1 listing from Zillow, you will use 1 credit. If you import 20 listings from Zillow, you will use 20 credits.
Keep in mind that if you use the multi-page Advanced import feature, you will use a maximum of 800 credits per import job.
This estimate is based on the fact that a search on Zillow returns 20 pages at most of listings. Each page contains roughly 40 listings. 20 pages * 40 listings = 800 listings = 800 credits per import job.
How many Basic listings can I import per month?
On the Pro plan, you can import up to 120000 Basic listings per month. This is based on the fact that 1 page of listings on Zillow contains approximately 40 property listings.
How many Advanced listings can I import per month?
On the Pro plan, you can import up to 3000 Advanced listings per month.
What if I need more credits?
