What Are Cloud Credits?
These credits power our most advanced, server-side features like the Cloud Importer, Cloud Monitoring, and the Cloud Aggregator, allowing you to perform large-scale or data-rich exports without using your own computer's resources.
Key Rules & Requirements
Before purchasing, please be aware of the following:
- Active Subscription Required: You must have an active Pro plan or higher to purchase and use Cloud Credits.
- One-Time Purchase: Credit packs are a one-time payment and do not auto-renew.
- Credits Do Not Expire: Any credits you purchase will remain in your account until you use them.
- Non-Refundable: All credit pack purchases are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a smaller pack if you are unsure of your needs.
How Credits Are Used
Credits are consumed when you run a job with the Cloud Importer. The number of credits used depends on the type of export you choose.
Basic Cloud Export
- Cost: 1 credit per page (~40 listings)
- Data: Includes the same data fields available through a standard in-browser export. This is ideal for large-scale exports where you don't need extra details.
Advanced Cloud Export
- Cost: 1 credit per listing
- Data: Includes all "Basic" data fields plus extensive details from the property's page, such as the full property description, agent contact information, tax history, features, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund of my credit packs?
No. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. If you're not sure how many credits you need, you can start with the smallest credit pack and buy more later if you need more.
How are payments processed?
The payments for your subscription and for the extra credit packs are handled by Paddle. Paddle is a third party payment processor that handles all the payment processing for Property Data Labs.
Paddle is a PCI Level 1 certified service provider, which means that they are audited annually by a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and that they maintain a high level of compliance with credit card processing regulations.
Will you have access to my credit card information?
No. Paddle is a third-party payment processor that handles all payment processing for Property Data Labs. Property Data Labs does not have access to your credit card information.
What is a credit?
Credits are used to export data from Zillow via the Cloud Importer. Each page of listings (roughly 40 listings) costs 1 credit to export. If you are exporting an Advanced listing, it will cost 1 credit per listing.
Why are credit packs non-refundable?
Each listing extraction costs us money. We have to pay for the server costs, the data costs, and the labor costs. We're happy to refund your subscription payment, but we cannot refund the credit purchases.
What is a Basic listing?
A Basic listing contains the same data that you are currently able to export via the Chrome extension.
What is an Advanced listing?
An Advanced listing contains all the data that you can currently export via the extension as well as all the data that is available on the listing's page. That includes the description, the agent's contact information, the property's features, viewing times, tax history etc.
Do credit purchases expire?
No. Credit purchases do not expire. You can use them whenever you want.
Do credit purchases incur a monthly fee?
No. Credit purchases do not incur a monthly fee. You only pay for the credits you buy and then use them whenever you want.
