Automatic Renewal:

To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page, which will stop future renewals.

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee.

All purchases and renewals are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand your eligibility for a refund.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the Service or our users.

Termination by You:

Termination by Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Property Data Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Sweden.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
