This refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

At Property Data Labs, we strive to provide a transparent and fair billing experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our services.

Summary

  • 7-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase or any subsequent subscription renewal.
  • Exception for Non-Use: Outside the 7-day window, a refund for the most recent charge may be considered if your account has had zero usage. This is a one-time courtesy, reviewed at our discretion.
  • Self-Service Refunds: Eligible refunds can be requested directly from your billing page without needing to contact support.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Purchases for add-ons, such as Cloud Credit packs, are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed by our payment provider and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We have no control over the processing time, as it depends on your bank and/or credit card provider.

Subscription refunds

Eligibility (within 7 days)

If you purchased a subscription or your subscription was automatically renewed within the last 7 calendar days, you are eligible for a no-questions-asked refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Navigate to your Billing Page.
  2. Click the Cancel Subscription button.
  3. After cancellation, the Refund Last Payment button will become clickable.
  4. Click this button to submit your refund request.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved.

Important Notes

  • Each refund request is reviewed by our payment provider Paddle. It can take up to 24H for the refund to be approved. We do not have control over this process and cannot expedite it.
  • Upon approval of the refund, your account will be immediately downgraded to our free plan, and you will lose access to all premium features associated with the refunded subscription.
  • The 7-day window is calculated from the exact time of the transaction.

Ineligibility (After 7 Days)

If your purchase or renewal occurred more than 7 calendar days ago, you are no longer eligible for a self-service refund. We encourage users to manage their subscriptions and cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.

Exception for Verified Non-Usage

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for the most recent billing charge if a request is made within 30 days of the transaction and we can verify zero usage on the account during that billing period. "Zero usage" is defined as no logins, no API calls, no data access, or any other interaction with the service's paid features. Our system logs are the sole and definitive source of evidence for determining usage.

This is a one-time courtesy per customer. To request a review under this exception, please contact us at support@propertydatalabs.com. A refund is not guaranteed.

Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

Purchases for one-time add-ons, including but not limited to Cloud Credit packs, are non-refundable. By completing the purchase of an add-on, you agree to this condition. If you have questions about this policy, please contact support before making a purchase.

General terms

Managing Your Subscription

It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. A failure to cancel your subscription and claim a refund within the 7-day eligibility window will result in the subscription being renewed, and you will be charged the full amount for the next billing cycle.

Processing and Timelines

While we submit refund requests promptly, we do not have control over the final processing time. The 5 to 10 business day estimate is provided by our payment partners. For specific questions regarding the status of a processed refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

Policy Changes

Property Data Labsreserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage our customers to contact us at support@propertydatalabs.com to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to allow Property Data Labs to provide the relevant financial institution with all necessary information to resolve the dispute. This includes evidence of your acceptance of our Terms of Service, proof of service usage from our system logs (including your IP address, login history, and feature usage), and our communications with you.

Changes

This refund policy may change from time to time. When the policy is updated, we will post the changes on this page.
