How is your Google account data used?

Account creation and personalization when signing up via Google 🚀

When you log in to Property Data Labs or sign up for a new account via Google, we will ask you to grant us access to your Google account. We will never use your Google account for any other purpose.

When your account is created, we will store your name and profile picture and email in our database.

We use your Google account to provide you with the best experience possible. We use your name and profile picture to personalize your experience. We may also use your email address to send you transactional emails.

Transactional emails include important account-related emails such as password reset emails, login links, two-factor authentication emails and other account or security related emails.

From time to time, we may also send you marketing emails and product updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email. Please see the "Transactional, marketing and product updates Emails" section below for more information.

Additional permissions

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we may request that you grant us access to additional permissions on your Google account.

These permissions are only used if you want to use the additional functionality. We will never use these permissions for any other purpose.

You can revoke these permissions at any time by visiting your Googleaccountpage and clicking on the "Remove access" button.

What data is being stored?

Registration 🚀

When you sign up for a Property Data Labs account, you can use your Google account to sign up or sign up via magic link or by using a combination of your email address + password. The data is stored in an encrypted db inMongoDB.

Profile 📝

If you sign up using your Google account, then the following information comes from your Google account:

• Name
• Email address
• Picture/avatar

If you sign up using email + password or using a magic link, then your profile information will need to be filled out manually after you sign up.
