How We Calculated This

We believe in transparency. These numbers are estimated based on average usage patterns of our current user base:

  1. Volume: Average of 40 listings per page on Zillow.
  2. Frequency: Average of 12 export sessions per user, per year.
  3. Speed: 30 seconds saved per individual listing compared to manual extraction.
  4. Work Years Equivalent: 2,000 hours per work year (40 hours/week * 50 weeks as we deduct vacation time).

What's Next

We have validated that the demand for high-speed data export is there. Our next phase focuses on improving the granularity of these exports and expanding the platforms we support.
